(1) Through hard work,building OWC into the largest basic network operator and the largest Network Function Virtualization (NFV) provider in Myanmar.
(2) Through shared cooperation, building OWC into an ISP with the largest FTTH users in Myanmar.
(3) Through content cooperation and independent development,building OWC into the largest value-added service provider in Myanmar.
(4) By replicating and popularizing developed industry applications, building OWC into the largest industry information service provider in Myanmar.
(5) Building an intelligent and efficient IT support system based on big data platform, so as to enhance the management and operation capabilities of the entire network and provide strong system support for informatization and content operation.
(6) Strengthening humanistic care, making greater efforts to develop corporate culture, building a competitive team that is united, collaborative, and efficient, and realizingthe OWC dream in which the Company grows rapidly and the employees live happily.

(1) Network planning - transmission networks
1) In 2017,the first phase construction of backbone transmission network was completed,and the three central transmission links of Mandalay-Yangon, Mandalay-Muse and Mandalay-Myitkyina were built.
2) In the 2018 year, the second phase of the project has been started. The most advanced technology in the industry will be used to upgrade the entire network into the OTN-based 100G transmission platform, connecting more than 50 cities in 13 provinces.
3) The third phase of network construction will be launched in 2019, covering more than 70% of county-level cities in Myanmar.
OWC backbone transmission network topology

1)Deploying core network elements in Mandalay and Yangon respectively to ensure remote redundancy.
2)Deploying IGWs for international Internet outlets in Mandalay and Yangon respectively.
3) It is planned to build international Internet outlets in Muse, Myawaddy and Ngwesaung.

In order to effectively support the market and operate efficiently, we completed the construction of NGOSS-based operational support system in the first quarter of 2019.The system has five basic functions: business management, resource management,business opening management, accounting management, work order circulation, and supports IPTV and other value-added business operations.
